Added a named editorial board with per-author profile pages, a methodology page, this updates log, a corrections register, and an affiliate disclosure. Articles now carry a named author and medical reviewer in the byline and structured data, are typed as medical web pages, and link a peer-reviewed references list with resolvable DOIs.
Tools-article expansion
Published a large batch of tools coverage (goal comparisons, diet-type trackers, and how-to guides) across the supported locales.
HumanFuelGuide launched
